17th Batch of New MOL Officials Trained

            Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Singhadet Chu-umnart commenced the orientation for the 17th batch of new officers at the Ministry of Labour, which took place at Asia Airport Hotel in Zeer Rangsit, Pathum Thani. He said that the start to the civil servant life was the resolute to be a good government officer, honouring the principles of King Bhumibol Adulyadej which include the sustainable economy, sufficiency, reason and morale. He also emphasized anti-corruption, responsibility in fulfilling duties, discipline and diving policies to implementation using civil state measures for the good of the people. Mr. Singhadet spoke about proactivity, situational analysis and application, monitoring societal change and integrating efforts with other affiliated units to achieve the 20-year workforce development plan by driving the nation towards stability, prosperity and sustainability.

            Mr. Singhadet added that the ministry’s new officers would need to develop skills and capabilities for future development as government officers, and seek additional English language training. He presented the Echo English application as another option for language learning, and the use of other communication tools to benefit government officers.
