On Monday, June 6, 2022, Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned Academic Labour Advisor Mrs. Napasorn Toongsooksai as representative of the Ministry of Labour to attend the Senate meeting to monitor, recommend and expedite national reform and implementation of the national strategy under Article 270 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. The meeting clarified important issues wishing to inquire about the progress of the implementation of the national strategy, the master plan under the national strategy and national reform plans, and security issues in solving human trafficking. The Ministry of Labour reported the results of the 2022 fiscal year in 2 parts: the results of the action plan to prevent and solve human trafficking in labour and important works and challenges that have been successfully carried out. The meeting took place at the Senate Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Parliament Building.
