On July 27, 2022, at 10.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, to join as a representative at the International Economic Policy Committee (IEP) Meeting No. 2/2022, via a teleconference system. The meeting took place at the Saengsingkaew Conference Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Don Pramudwinai chaired the meeting. The meeting’s key agendas included the consideration and approval of minutes of the IEP Meeting No. 6/2022, No 1/2022, the proceedings related to joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement of Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and the negotiations to upgrade the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement and ASEAN with dialogue partners.
