On August 24, 2022, at 13.30 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mrs. Bubpha Phanpeng, joined the second subcommittee meeting on screening secondary laws according to the draft Social Security Act No. 3/2022. The Deputy Secretary-General of the Social Security Office, Mr. Nantachai Panyasurarit, chaired the meeting. (draft section 77 bis, paragraph five), the draft notification of the Ministry of Labour on prescribing criteria, methods, conditions and rates for applying for partial old age benefits (draft section 77 bis, paragraph four) and the draft ministerial regulations prescribing criteria, methods, duration and the rate of compensation for old age benefits, B.E. . … (draft section 77). The meeting took place at the Jeerasak Sukonthachat Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Administration Building, Social Security Office.
