On June 7, 2022, at 09.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mrs. Bubpha Phanpeng, participated in the subcommittee meeting on screening the secondary law issued under the Social Security Act (No. ..) B.E. …. No. 1/2565. The meeting considered secondary law issued under the draft Social Security Act (No. ..) B.E. …., the draft Ministry of Labour Notification on Criteria, Methods, Conditions, and Rates for Partial Old-Age Benefits (Draft Section 77 bis, paragraph four), and the draft Ministerial Regulations prescribing rules, procedures, conditions, and rates for using part of the old-age pension as collateral with financial institutions (Draft Section 77 bis, paragraph five). The meeting occurred at the Jeerasak Sukonthachat Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Administration Building, Social Security Office.
