Director General of Department of Skill Development chaired the opening ceremony of workshop at Hanover, Federal Republic of Germany.

 

 

 

On 11 June 2014, Mr. Nakorn Silpa-archa, Director-General of Department of Skill Development chaired the opening ceremony of the workshop for labour skill enhancement for Thai workers in overseas by holding training course and national labour skill standard test for  the 2^nd batch of Holistic health promotion therapist : Thai sappaya massage level 1 at Dhammaviharn Temple, Hanover, Federal Republic of Germany. In this regard, Mrs Kanchanaporn Sykal, labour attaché, addressed an opening speech. After the program, Director-General of DSD met entrepreneurs’ of Thai massage and spa from many states in Germany.
