Group of representative of Chamber of Commerce and The Thai Camber of Commerce visited Malaysia.

On 16 June 2014, Malaysian Office of Labour by Ms. Pattaraporn Samantarat, Minister Counsellor (labour affairs) and Mrs. Sopit Mhudpongtua, labour council (labour affairs) along with Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur welcomed AEC Prompt Committee, Chamber of Commerce and The Thai Camber of Commerce visited Malaysia on the occasion of their visit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under the project of Thai SMEs step to ASEAN market led by Mr. Pornsilp Patcharintanakul, Vice President of Thai Chamber of Commerce and president of AEC Prompt. This project aims to create business coordination network for entrepreneurs and agencies in Malaysia as well as study the opportunity of investment in Malaysia and regulations involving investment and employment in Malaysia.
On this occasion, they exchanged experiences with Thai entrepreneurs in Malaysia in wide range of business such as SCG, The Cools, PASANA, F&N, Thai Airways International, and Bangkok Bank to collect the information regarding investment in Malaysia, problems and obstacles, cautions and business tips to serve Malaysian customers in which the successful of business need to combine variety of nationality, religious, cultures and traditions. Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP places an important on SMEs readiness for positive and negative impact towards the entry of ASEAN Economic Community: AEC.
 
 

 

 

              

In addition, Officials of the 16 governments participating in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) – the 10 ASEAN Member States and its Free Trade Agreement Partners (Australia, China, India, Japan, the Republic of Korea and New Zealand to facilitate trade and investment and to enhance transparency in trade and investment relations between the participating countries, as well as to facilitate the participating countries’ engagement in global and regional supply chains.
