On March 28, 2019, Deputy Director of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare and acting Inspector-General for the Ministry of Labour Mr. Todsaphon kritwongwiman, alongside the Department of Skill Development’s Inspector-General, Mr. Prateep Thronglumyong, and the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Inspector-General, Mr. Manoj Saengkaew visited Sa Kaeo to monitor the performance of agencies under the Ministry of Labour following the official examination for 2019. The agenda was as follows:
09.00 hours – met with Deputy Sa Kaeo Provincial Governor (Mr. Wichit Chatpaisid).
09.30 hours – met with the Chief of Government under the Ministry of Labour for Sa Kaeo, to monitor the performance according to the official plan for 2019. This was the 2nd round (progress review) which took place at the Social Security Office’s meeting room.
The visiting party emphasized that all agencies under the Ministry of Labour expedite the implementation of the ministry’s (3A) policy to keep abreast of the action plan and requested cooperation for sharing awareness to employees in the social security system to utilize health examination benefits, promote employment and improve the quality of life for young and elderly workers, and workers with disabilities. He also asked that agencies gather samples of the best practices and critical operational results of the Ministry of Labour.
