Labour Minister Assigns Assistant Minister from the PM’s Office Performing Duties for MOL to Give Entitled Benefits to Support the Family of the Deceased Employee Involved in an Accident in Chachoengsao

          On September 8, 2022, at 15.30 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office, Sergeant Major Yossingh to perform duties for the Ministry of Labour, Sergeant Major Yossingh Liamlert, to pay a visit to the area to give benefits to the family of Ms. Phakamas Bungthong, a Section 33 insured person who passed away. She was an employee of Korawat Engineering Company Limited and was involved in an accident where her motorcycle crashed into the back of a 10-wheel truck on September 7, 2022. The beneficiaries will receive benefits of 54,613.37 Baht. Chachoengsao Provincial Social Security Officer, Ms. Narumon Boonmee, and Ms. Siriporn Wangsamad, from the Section 40 insured person network also joined the visit at the Khlong 18 Temple, Mon Thong Subdistrict, Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province.
          Sergeant Major Yossingh said that the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin shared his condolences to the family of the employee who suffered from the accident. The Social Security Office is ready to give benefits from the compensation fund to the beneficiaries of the deceased. In such unfortunate events, the Ministry of Labour and the Social Security Office have asked employees and insured persons to believe and trust that they will also be there to provide stability.
