On February 9, 2022, at 13.30 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong to attend the National Committee Meeting on reparations for the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting and related meetings during Thailand’s chairmanship of the APEC Meeting No. 1/2022. Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, also joined the meeting. Prime Minister and Minister of Defense General Prayuth Chan-ocha chaired the meeting via Zoom. The meeting acknowledged the Cabinet’s resolution on October 12, 2021, the endorsement of the National Committee Meeting No. 3/2021, the progress on the matter, the schedule of important APEC meetings for 2022, and the results of the Subcommittee Meetings on Formalities and Administration No. 1/2565. It also covered the progress on the public relations for the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting and related meetings. The meeting took place at the Saengsingkaew Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
