Labour Minister Assigns Assistant to Visit COVID-19 Vaccination Center for Section 33 Insured Persons in Chonburi

          The Labour Minister assigned his Assistant to visit the COVID-19 Vaccination Center for Section 33 Insured Persons in Chonburi, controlling the COVID-19 outbreaks in economic provinces.

          On July 13, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong to visit the COVID-19 Vaccination Center for Section 33 Insured Persons in Chonburi. Chonburi Social Security Officer Lieutenant Vittavat Koodprasert, the SSO’s Inspector-General Mr. Nanthachai Panyasurarit, Chonburi Deputy Provincial Governor Mr. Thawatchai Srithong also participated in the occasion at the Pacific Park Shopping Center, Sriracha and Central Marina Shopping Center Pattaya, Chonburi Province.

          Mr. Surachai said that the government, under the leadership of Prime Minister and Minister of Defense General Prayuth Chan-ocha, has set COVID-19 vaccinations as “National Agenda.” The Ministry of Labour, under the supervision of Deputy Prime Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan, is concerned for the workforce, whereby the Labour Minister has assigned the Social Security Office to work with the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Public Health by the National Health Security Office (NHSO), the Ministry of Finance by Krung Thai Bank and public and private hospitals in the social security network to provide Covid-19 vaccinations to insured persons to control the spread of the pandemic in factories and establishments in provincial economic areas. The effort aims to build immunity against disease for the insured persons, the people around them, and services users for business and the economy to move forward.
