On January 8, 2025, at 09.30 hours, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Labour, chaired the meeting of the Foreign Workers’ Management Policy Committee No. 1/2025. Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, attended the meeting at the Prof. Nikom Chantravitun Meeting Room, 5th floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour Building.
The meeting considered extending the period for renewing work permits for foreigners in the form of an MOU in accordance with the Cabinet’s resolution on September 24, 2024.
