On November 25, 2024, at 14.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, the Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Siraphop Duangsodsri, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, the Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Decha Phruekpattanarak, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined a discussion with 13 of Thailand’s leading recruitment companies at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that he, along with the executives of the Ministry of Labour, was pleased to have the discussion with the 13 recruitment companies today. The session included the exchange of data linkage to increase the placement of skilled workers, which is expected to increase employment and internships for all ages by over 800,000 positions per month on the Thai Mee Ngan Tam website. He requested cooperation from all 13 recruitment companies, namely, JobBKK.com Co., Ltd., JobsDB (Thailand) Co., Ltd., JobTopGun Co., Ltd., JobMyWay Co., Ltd., Adecco Consulting Co., Ltd., Persolkelly HR Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Scout Out Co., Ltd., Manpower Professional and Executive Co., Ltd., Internships (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Getlings Co., Ltd., Good Job Professional (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Keyman Co., Ltd., and JobThai Co., Ltd. These companies are offering internship positions that range from entry-level and advanced skills to executive positions in all industries. Over 800,000 positions will be collected on the Thai Mee Ngan website of the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour.
He invited the companies to join the JOB EXPO THAILAND 2025, which will be held in May 2025. This time, there will be an event format that appeals to the new generation more and job positions will be adjusted to be modern and diverse for job applicants. He also invited the companies to join the Mini Job Expo Thailand in 11 provinces across the country to provide opportunities for the general public and students in the provinces to have access to job positions. The initiative will increase the development of labour skills to meet market demands, especially language and technology skills.
