On Friday 28 July 2017 at 06.30 hours, Labour Minister General Sirichai Distakul, Permanent Secretary of Labour M.L. Puntrik Smiti and the ministry’s executives joined in the alms offerings ceremony to 651 Buddhist monks for the merits of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej and the blessing for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, and in honour of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn on the occasion of his 65th birthday anniversary, on 28 July 2017. The offerings took place at the Dusit Palace in Bangkok.
