On October 23, 2022, at 08.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, laid wreaths on the anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn or King Rama 5. Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha chaired the occasion, leading the Cabinet in laying wreaths at the Royal Monument, Dusit Palace courtyard.
