The Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General and spokesperson Mr. Ananchai Uthaipatanacheep, revealed that on 9 March 2017, Labour Minister General Sirichai Distakul is scheduled to visit Rayong to monitor progress on preparations for the Eastern Economic Corridor. He will also listen to obstacles and proposals presented by private enterprises and relevant state agencies, and launch the “Hemraj Industrial Skills Cooperation Academy” at the Esy Plaza. The Labour Minister will then visit Masda Powertrain Manufacturing (Thailand) in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate where he will provide labour management guidelines to regional affiliated units in Rayong, Chonburi and Chachoengsao, in support of the Eastern economic zone. The Labour Minister will then visit the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate to acknowledge a summary of obstacles and advice by Map Ta Phut Complex on “Environment Monitoring & Control Center (EMCC)” too.
