Labour Minister Releases Turtles in the Ocean and Plants Jik Tala Trees to Promote Tourism under “Phuket Sandbox”

          On July 1, 2021, at 15.30 hours, the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha visited Sirinat National Park in Thalang District, Phuket, to check the readiness of natural attractions to prepare tourists following the plan open Thailand and accepting tourists without quarantine under the Phuket Sandbox Project. Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin also participated in the event at the Sirinat National Park. Activities included planting Jik Tala trees, which are planted for landscaping beaches and providing shade. It is popular to be planted in a wide area or planted by the sea. The Labour Minister also participated in the event to release nine green sea turtles back to nature.
