On March 24, 2022, at 10.00 hours, Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong presided over the meeting of the Working Group on Studying Amendments and Improvement on Labour Laws No. 1/2022. Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Bubpha Phanpen and Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mrs. Tongjai Suthat Na Ayutthaya, attended the meeting at the Saengsingkaew meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting considered the problems, obstacles, and solutions to law amendments at the request of the Assembly of the Poor, regarding the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541, the Labour Relations Act B.E. 2518, the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act B.E. 2554, the Social Security Act B.E. 2533 and the Compensation Act, B.E. 2537.
