On 13 September 2011, Mrs. Wanaporn Chu-Amnart, Minister Counselor (Labour), Mrs. Nakaprapa Bamrungsuk, Advisor, and Chatsumarl Park, assistant officer responsible for taking care of benefits of Thai workers in Republic of Korea, on behalf of the Labour Seciton of the Royal Thai Embassy in the Republic of Korea participated in an annual chuseok festival organized by a group of Thai people. The event was participated by 14 Christian communities and approximately 300 Thai Christians. Featuring at the festival were recreation activities, and lectures on guideline for Thai people living in Republic of Korea. The Labour Section gave a lecture on labour law and made known the duties of the Royal Thai Embassy and Labour Section in Republic of Korea.
On 14 September 2011, Mrs. Wanaporn Chu-Amnart, Minister Counselor (Labour), Ms. Ho Son Kyong, interpreter, and Ms. Moon So Jong, assistance officer responsible for taking care of benefits of Thai workers in Republic of Korea,on behalf of the Labour Seciton of the Royal Thai Embassy in the Republic of Korea went to Human Resource Development Service, Seongnam Branch, in Gyeonggi-do Province. They also visited seven Thai workers working in daenumtogon company — a construction business, located at 268-7 emae-dong boondung-goo songnum-se, in Gyeonggi-do Province –, and 13 Thai workers working in Fresh Water Company — a manufacturing business, located at 522-4 sinwol-ri chowol-ib kwangchoo-see, in Gyeonggi-do Province.
