The purpose is to increase the efficiency, coordination, motivation and motivation of volunteer workers in the area to staff, volunteers, volunteer mentors. The total number of participants is 108, including an opportunity for staff, mentors, volunteers, workers to exchange work experiences to showcase the way to work together in the labor force, on this occasion, I would like to express my appreciation to the Labor Volunteers. All volunteer laborers who are dedicated to providing mentoring, counseling, and assistance to the volunteer labor force can assist in the work of the Ministry of Labor and to accomplish the task successfully. Volunteer work is an important mechanism to drive the Ministry of Labor to the people in the area thoroughly. It is believed that the volunteer laborers will bring the knowledge and experience gained from this exchange of learning to drive sustainable volunteer work, to meet the needs of the people and the community is truly, and to improve the work up.
