The Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General and spokesperson Mr. Ananchai Uthaipracheep spoke about the passing of Mr. Siripong Piwphukeaw, an insurer under Section 39 on 12 January 2017 in Vietnam. He said that Labour Minister General Sirichai Distakul gave condolences to the deceased’s family and urged the Social Security Office to ensure fair and efficient compensation.
From investigations conducted by the Social Security Office in Nong Khai, Mr. Siripong Piwphukeaw’s death was confirmed on 12 January 2017 in Vietnam. Mr. Siripong was an insurer under Section 39, thus the Nong Khai Social Security Office has communicated benefits of the pension fund to the deceased’s father, mother, wife and 2 children, and have also compensated the family with 57,438.52 Baht.
