On February 14, 2022, at 10.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, to welcome the Imaginative Taxi Group, led by Mr. Chalerm Amreuk, President of the Imaginative Taxi Group, and the delegation, upon a request to meet and discuss the remedies of Section 40 insured persons and the welfare that should be thoroughly received. Advisor to the Labour Minister Dr. Chamlong Chuayrod and the Ministry of Labour’s senior executives attended the occasion at the Labour Relations Conference Room, 2nd floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour.
From the discussions, the Ministry of Labour received the claims that the Imaginative Taxi Group’s leaders and the team came to discuss. They also asked the Social Security Office to clarify details and give advice on remedying Section 40 insured persons to the group’s representatives, to provide further assistance following the procedure of the law.
