MOL Commences 28th Class of New Official’s Training

           On July 12, 2021, at 08.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suchart Pornchaiwisetkun presided over the opening ceremony of the training course for the development of the Ministry of Labour’s new civil servants, Class 28. The occasion took place at the Human Resources Management Division’s meeting room, 10th floor, Ministry of Labour. The said training aims to instill the philosophy of being a good government official and developing civil service practice skills. The training also aims to promote moral and ethical practices, teamwork, creating good rapport among colleagues, and allow participants to develop their working network. The program focuses on learning from expert speakers’ experiences and studying hands-on practices. The training is scheduled between July 12-16, 2021, totaling five days. Trainees included new officials from all departments under the Ministry of Labour in central and regional areas, totaling 103 people. Participants consisted of 43 trainees from the Department of Skills Development, 50 trainees from the Social Security Office, and ten trainees from the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour. The training was modified from the original format to an online format due to the COVID-19 situation.
