MOL Commences Advisory Committee Meeting on the Youth Project for the Future – Promoting Employability for Youths in Thailand

          On July 7, 2021, at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Pattaraporn Samantarat, to chair the Advisory Committee’s first meeting on the Youth Project for the Future – Promoting Employability for Youths in Thailand. The meeting took place via Zoom at the Prasong Rananant Conference Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The project is under the International Labour Organization (ILO) academic cooperation, funded by the Standard Charter Foundation and the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) to promote the employment of young women, youths, and people with disabilities. The project develops marketable craft skills, including work skills, both soft and hard skills, career guidance, and recruitment which is consistent with the governments and the Ministry of Labour’s policy to promote the employment of youths and to promote entrepreneurship of start-up SMEs and continue to support the Gig Economy.
