On February 4, 2022, at 13.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, chaired the committee’s meeting to consider the operations of foreign nongovernmental organizations No. 1/2022. Relevant agencies attended the meeting via the Zoom application. The meeting considered Foreign NGOs’ requests for renewal of their licenses to work as foreign NGOs, to extend the period of operation in Thailand, to add additional objectives and locations, to change the type of operation, to request a new officer, and for renewal of work permits of 11 foreign organizations. It also considered the foreign NGOs’ request for new officers and to change a power of attorney from 7 organizations. The meeting took place in the Tian Atchakul Meeting Room, 10th floor, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour.
