Today (June 30, 2021) at 13.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, Director of the Bureau of Inspection and Evaluation Mr. Kritpat Krutkul, and the Ministry of Labour’s officials to distribute donated items from Charoen Pokphand Foods, Thai Union Group, Sangthong-Akara affiliated companies, Krungthai Food Products, and TTech Development, consisting of 2,500 cans of canned fish, 7,000 eggs, five boxes of sausages, 1,000 kilograms of rice and 200 packs of drinking water. The goods were donated to the construction worker camp of Areeya Property in Bangna District, with 300 – 400 employees who are Myanmar and Cambodian nationals. Areeya had vaccinated the workers at the camp, which was closed before the camp closure measures, as there were infected workers at the campsite. The quarantine period for the camp will end next week.
