On May 30, 2022, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, chaired the meeting and discussion with the management of Mermaid Subsea Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on the need for welders for deployment in Saudi Arabia. Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office performing duties for the Ministry of Labour Police Major General Nantachat Supamongkol, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on politics), Mrs. Thienrat Navamawat, Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Mr. Prateep Songlamyong, and Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon. The meeting took place at the Mitmaitree Meeting Room 2, 5th floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
