On December 9, 2022, at 09.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Chief Inspector-General, Mrs. Sopa Kieatnircha, to attend the Eastern Special Development Zone Executive Subcommittee Meeting No. 4/2022. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Mr. Supattanapong Phanmeechaow, as Chairman of the Eastern Special Development Zone Executive Subcommittee, presided over the meeting at Meeting Room 2, 15th floor, Energy Complex, Building B, Ministry of Energy.
The meeting discussed operations in the Eastern Special Development Zone in various areas, including expanding the establishment and operation of recreational activities in the Special Economic Development Zone’s Eastern Aviation City (EECa), the appointment of a committee to supervise the development of U-Tapao Airport and Eastern Aviation City, the EEC Business Center and the Smart City Project Request for extension of tax measures to support personnel development for Industry 4.0 and Audit Committee Charter.
