On May 31, 2022, at 09.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud chaired the Labour Welfare Committee Meeting No. 7/2022 via electronic media. The meeting acknowledged companies’ compliance with the Labour Welfare Committee’s orders. The companies included Ting Feng Packaging (Thailand) Co., Ltd. with 46 related employees and Exspring Capital Public Company Limited with one related employee. It also considered the claims under Section 120 of SY Electric (Thailand), which had two related employees, and Central Family Mart Co., Ltd., which had one related employee. They also elected one employer and employee representative each to be authorized to act in the fight against cases on behalf of the Labour Welfare Committee. The meeting took place at the Fiscal Administration Division, 4th floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
