On November 10, 2021, at 10.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud joined the opening of the 20th Anniversary for the Association Creating Happiness: Innovation for Sustainable Happiness. The event took place in the form of a healthy meeting following the new normal, organized by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth).
