MOL Joins Seminar from Project to Expand Support of Volunteer Curriculum 904 Batch 2

            On 6 December 2018 at 9.00 – 11.00 hrs. , Cavalry Squadron 29th, Cavalry 1st King’s (Royal) Guard (Queen’s Guard) joined with the Ministry of Labour and speaker of the volunteer 904 “Core Curriculum” batch 2/61 of “Be A Socket, Be a Mold”, organized the lecture on “The Monarchy and Thailand” given to officials within the Ministry of Labour, at the Field Marshal Por. Phibunsongkhram Conference Room.

            Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark chaired the training with had 500 participants to train as lecturers as follows:

            Performance 
              1. Knowledge gained after listening to the lectures accounted for 98 percent.
              2. The technique of knowledge transfer om the good – very good spectrum, accounted for 97 percent.
              3. The use of suitable language to communicate content and create understanding among the audience accounted for 98 percent.
              4. The appropriate duration of training accounted for 98 percent.

              – Has gained some knowledge, but in some cases, this was the first time it was heard.
