MOL Listens to Opinions on (Draft) Wage Rates Following Skill Standards in 16 Branches in the Industrial Technicians Professional Group

             On November 15, 2021, at 09.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud assigned Academic Labour Advisor Mrs. Napasorn Toongsooksai to preside over the seminar’s opening to listen to opinions on the (draft) wage rates according to skill standards in 16 branches, batch 3, occupation group in the industrial technician’s professional group. The meeting listened to representative employer organizations, employee organizations, private sector organizations, employers, business owners, and relevant employees. The topics covered included providing a knowledge base on establishing national skill standards, labour skill standard assessments, and setting wage rates following skill standards. The session also covered various opinions and suggestions on (draft) wage rates according to skill standards in 16 fields. The meeting took place at the Prasong Rananant Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
