On December 20, 2021, at 08.00 hours, approximately 300 employees of The One Insurance Public Company Limited filed a request for Kor.7 due to termination of employment as the company business license was revoked. The occasion took place at the foyer on the ground floor of the Social Security Office, Area 3.
The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General, Mr. Niyom Songkaew, listened to the issues from the seven employee representatives of The One Insurance Public Company Limited who were laid off. Director of the Bangkok Labour Protection and Welfare Office, Area 5, Mr. Artha Nunsang, informed employees about the actions of the labour inspectors after receiving the Kor 7 request, including the benefits that employees will receive, such as compensation, wages instead of advance notice, holiday pay, etc. They also answered questions about the request for compensation from the fund.
