According to the MOL’s approval on the relaxation of temporary condition for Department of Employment to permit Thai labour exports working/training in Japan on 8 April 2011, the principle of this condition imposes the duty for organization or agency exporting Thai labour to work or train in Japan to certify Department of Employment that the targeted areas are safe and the radiation level within the areas not exceeds the standard level which creates no physical harm.
At present, since the impact of earthquake and tsunami in Japan becomes better, Minister of Labour, therefore, has approved the termination of temporary condition on Thai labour exports to every part of Japan on 17 October 2011. However, the temporary condition still remains effective for Fukushima region.
