MOL Visits Korat to Drive Collaboration on Promoting Education and Employment for Students and Workers of All Levels

          On March 10, 2022, Advisory Board Member to the Minister of Labour, Mr. Natthawat Teeratathamrong, participated in the meeting to explain the actions to promote education and employment for students and workers of all levels. The occasion occurred at the Center Point Hotel, Terminal 21 Korat, Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

          Mr. Natthawat said that from the Ministry of Labour by Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin and the Ministry of Education by the Education Minister Ms. Trinuch Thienthong, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on promoting education and employment for students and workers of all levels on January 19. Both agencies have jointly driven the cooperation following the related missions. Mr. Natthawat said that today, he represented the Ministry of Labour. He said that Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin emphasized the Prime Minister’s policy to accelerate professional skills development and promote employment. He gives importance to human resource development at all ages. The focus is especially on the workforce, who must develop skills to be in line with the changes in technology to reduce the shortage of knowledgeable, competent, and skilled workers, ensuring skills that meet the needs of the labour market in both quantity and quality.
