Award-winning agencies selected to receive awards, be honoured and publicized, and to create cooperation and processes for amending laws with relevant agencies. The awards are divided into the Ministry-level agency award, the Department-level agency award, the Agency award for increasing efficiency in the process (office/division), and the Regional award.

The award committee has resolved to give the Ministry of Labour the award at the Ministry level. In addition, two affiliated agencies have received the award for the best government agency at the Department level: the Social Security Office and the Department of Skill Development. Furthermore, the Central Region government agency award went to the Lopburi Provincial Social Security Office.

“I thank the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand for recognizing our determination to develop work processes and improve services to enhance convenience. We have improved the agency’s services by using technology that connects various user groups, such as the “thaimeengantum” platform, which connects job applicants, employers, and businesses, helping businesses get employees or workers with the skills they need. This award is considered an encouragement for the agency’s personnel and also honours government agencies that help reduce obstacles to doing business effectively,” said Mr. Pairoj.
