Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, and the representatives from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare joined the meeting in the meeting room on the 3rd floor, Building 2 (NSTDA), Office of the Permanent Secretary of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Soi Yothi, Rama 6 Road, Ratchathewi District, Bangkok.
