Mr.Jarin Jakkaphak Permanent Secretary of Labour emphasized the staff must understand the policy and strategy of the organization that our goal is the benefit of the people.
Mr. Jarin Jakkaphak was the president of the opening ceremony of the workshop on the issue “Take Action on Labour Policy and Strategy” He said it’s a good opportunity to get together and exchange our experiences for the better performance. Gen Adul Saengsingkaew assigned to establish an operational center to keep track of the situation and work together with the provincial labor offices. The benefits of the people is the goal. Mr. Jarin said it’s important that the ministry staff must understand the policy and strategy of the organization. Especially we have tracking system through VDO Conference. Provincial labor offices have to adjust themselves for the updating situations to work together with the central and the regional. The goals of this workshop are to create awareness and understanding for all staff and set the guidelines to the achievement. There are 150 people for this workshop.
