Labour Union Federation of Japan held Authumn Festival 2013 on 12 November 2013 in which the main leader of the federal addressed the speech and portable shrine was carried around the town in a parade as Japanese tradition. In this regard, Minister Counsellor (labour affairs) was invited to join the activity as the representative of Royal Thai Embassy in Japan
