Mrs. Passana Puttukumpol, Minister Counsellor presided over Thai-Korea Songkran Festival 2013 on Sunday 14 April 2013 at Hawarang Park, Ansan City, South Korea.

On 14 April 2013, Mrs. Passana Puttikumpol, Minister Counsellor presided over Thai-Korea Songkran Festival held at Wawarang Park, Ansan City, Republic of Korea. In this regard,  Mr. Kim Cheol-min, Mayor of Ansan, Mr. Choen Ju-o, Speaker of Parliament of Ansan City, Mr. Kim Cheol-jin, Member of Parliament, Mrs. Wannaporn Chu-amnart, Minister Counsellor (labour affairs) Col.Tibbadi Ampunan, Military Attaché, Gp.Capt.Siripong Supaporn, Air Attaché and Mrs Sirinart Chatsupakul, Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand joined the opening ceremony. There were honorable guests from Thai and Korea, Thai labours and Korea people approximately 4,200 persons. There were Traditional Water Blessing Ceremony, parade, rattan ball competition, Miss Songkran Contest, Korea and Thai show, Sue Tanapol Live Concert.
