Mrs. Ratiwan Suntara, Minister Counsellor (labour affairs) of Office of Labour Affairs in Taipei called on a meeting to prepare for the mourning ceremony for buddhist supreme patriarch.-

On 18 December 2013, Mrs. Ratiwan Suntara, Minister Counsellor (labour affairs) along with officers of Office of Labour Affairs in Taipei prepared for the mourning ceremony for buddhist supreme patriarch at Ling Jiu Sun Temple located at Fu Long, New Taipei as an invitation of Pra Arjarn Meaw Yong. In this regard, the mourning ceremony for His holiness somdet phra Nyanasamvara, supreme patriarch of Thailand held on Sunday 29 December 2013 between 09.30-12.00 am. In this regard, Mr. Kriengsak Kittichaisaeri, Director-General of Thai Economic and Trade Office chaired the ceremony, Thais in Taiwan are also invited.

Ling Jiu Sun Temple was founded by Buddha Sintao, The buddhist temple, Mahayarn doctrine famous in Taiwan and having a good relation with Teravada Buddhist of Thailand. The temple was honorably bestowed images of buddha from buddhist supreme patriarch to enshrined in Taiwan such as reclining Buddha, Pra Buddha Shinasri, Pra Srisasda, etc. In addition, the temple well coordinated with Office of Labour Affairs in Taipei by yearly installing images of Buddha to enshine for a worship during Songkran festival.
