Deputy Permanent Secretary Mr. Singhadet Chu-umnart chaired the commencement of training for the ministry’s 17th batch of new officers at the Asia Airport Hotel in Zeer Rangsit Department Center in Pathum Thani. In his speech he said, “I urge all new officers to be the Ministry of Labour’s valuable asset. You must constantly think about the significance of your role and duties, learn and develop yourself continuously to keep up with changing trends and have sufficient technological skills to utilize new tools to improve efficiency. I also urge you to share knowledge between departments to improve the overall experience for the people.”
In addition to this, Mr. Singhadet adorned 57 officials with insignias which included 7 from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, 8 from the Department of Employment, 2 from the Department of Skills Development, 14 from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare and 26 from the Social Security Office. Mr. Singhadet also awarded outstanding academics and quality projects.
