ตู้รับเรื่องร้องเรียน ปัญหาด้านแรงงาน และข้อเสนอแนะด้านแรงงาน เป็นอีกหนึ่งช่องทางในการดูแลคุ้มครอง แรงงานไทยที่ทำงานประเทศบรูไน
เมื่อวันที่ 8 ตุลาคม 2556 อทป.อารีวรรณ ศัพทอนันต์ ตั้งตู้รับข้อเสนอแนะ/ปัญหาด้านแรงงาน ณ ร้านดีไทย-เจนซี ร้านรับส่งเงิน ซึ่งแรงงานไทยจำนวนมากมาใช้บริการ ส่งเงินกลับภูมิลำเนา ขอขอบคุณ คุณปรีชา กาบนันทา เจ้าของร้านและอาสาสมัครแรงงาน ที่อนุเคราะห์ สถานที่
On 7 October 2013, H.E. Areewan Supanan, chargé d’affaires, Mr. Preecha Kabnanta, labour volunteers, and officers of Office of Labour Affairs in Brunei brought the labour enquiry and complaint box to install at Je’Noi shop in Sugnai Laing and K.Noi shop in Syria located in Bilet . In this regard, Office of Labour Affairs in Brunei would like to express thankfulness to Mrs. Pannarai Chong and Mrs. Thamaros Tohjui, the owner of both shops for giving a permission to install the enquiry and complaint box at their shop.
Thai workers having problems regarding working in Brunei or suggestions can write it down and put it in the provided box. The officer of Labour Affairs is willing to resolve those problems.
The labour enquiry and complaint box is an alternative way to protect Thai workers working in Brunei.
On 8 October 2013, H.E. Areewan Supanan, chargé d’affaires installed the labour enquiry and complaint box at DThai-Gency Shop, a financial transaction service shop that a larger number of Thai workers dispatch money to their home town at this shop.
