Officials of Office of Labour Affairs in Hong Kong, led by Lieutenant Commander Wittawas Kuprasert, Minister Cousellor (Labour Affairs), took Mr. Jacinta Ho and Mr. Jeffrey Leong, human resource officers of Wyan Macau on a tour to Thai educational institutes.
During the tour, they met with educational institutes’ executives and students to promote ties with the company and discussed employment plan of Wyan Macau Hotel. On June 24, 2013, prior to their trip, the minister cousellor met with Mr. Sanga Tanasanguanwong, Secretary to Minister of Labour, to listen to his policy of Thai workers export.
On June 24, 2013, they visited Rankhamhaeng University and Suan Dusit Rajabhat University in Bangkok.
On June 25, 2013, they visited Maejo University and Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, Chiang Mai Campus.
On June 26, 2013, they visited Payap University.
During the educational institutes tour, the representatives of Wyan Macau gave lectures to executives, teachers and students of the institutes. They also jointly discussed ways to produce students to fill in positions at Wyan Macau, stressing on language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese and English as well as job applicant attitudes.
