On 10 April 2014, Mr.Jong Tsao Gong Human Resource Manager of Tex-Ray Industrial co.,ltd. took 7 Thai workers namely Ms. Kwanta Mungkornrat, Minister Counsellor (labour affairs) of Office of Labour Affairs in Kaohsiung in order to discuss on the resolution for breaking employment contract on accommodation fee deduction and overtime payment.
