Office of Labour Affairs in Malaysia prepares to hold a labour solitary festival to mark the 2011 Labour Day. A footsall competition will be held at the event with aim to foster solidarity among Thai workers working in restaurants in Thai southern border provinces, boost their morale, and strengthen unity among employees, employers, and Thai government agencies. The winner of the competition will receive an award from Mr. Thana Duangratana, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Malaysia. Second to Fourth place winners will receive a trophy from military attaché from the Three Army.
            Furthermore, the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur in coordination with the Office of Labour Affairs in Malaysia will arrange a counseling service on consul-and-labour-related matter on the event. It is expected that over 600 people, including the athletes and supporters will participate in the event.
