On 2 June 2014 is a Taiwan holiday on occasion of Bajang Festival. Taiwan Labour Ministry announced that employer is required to let all employees under Labour Standard Law to leave with pay. In case that the employer gets consent from employee to work on this holiday, the employer shall be responsible for double payment or give Compensatory Holiday for employee for 1 day. If the employer fails to comply with this regulation, the employee can file evidences to complain at Regional Labour Division
