On 3 August 2017, Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Tawil Permpetchsin commenced the workshop, which had expert on information communication technology and acting Director of the Information Technology and Communication Center Mr. Somchai Uea-jaruporn give a speech to participants. A total of 65 people joined the workshop from 3-4 August 2017 at the Computer Lab room 406 in Kasetsart University. Key topics included:
1. Introduction to labour economics and labour trends
2. Analysis of key labour data and application of data for analysis.
3. Use of information management system for labour information
4. Use of system data and application for reporting of labour situations etc.
