On 7 November 2013, Miss Kwanta Mangkornrat, Minister Counsellor (labour affairs), Labour Office in Manila (section2) in Kaohsiung went to visit Mr. Buaworn Pienkarn, Thai workers of NEW ASIA CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT CORP who was injured by Piriformis Syndrome and gave him advice on the medical protection rights from Taiwan health insurance fund. In this regard, Mr. Tong Chen Fong, head officer of management section of subagent welcomed Minister Counsellor at subway construction site in Sanmin, Kaohsiung.
Mr. Buaworn Piankarn, 48 years old, Petchaboon native came to work as general workers at the construction site on 5 May 2013 by Thai Dee Lert Enterprise Recruitment Firm., Co.,Ltd.
