Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin spoke about Line Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which considered the Ministry of Labour’s Social Security Office in receiving the LINE Thailand Awards 2021 in the category “Best Official Account in the Public Sector” from the work of Line Official Account “Social Security Office @ssothai.” He said that the award is a great pride for the workers, especially insured persons in the social security system who use it as an important part to track information and get recommended services. The Social Security Office has developed the system to be more efficient and meet the needs of insured persons. For this award, the Social Security Office is a government organization that has had great success in creating communication for people through the LINE Thailand platform in 2021. There are over 10.7 million followers of the Social Security Office’s Line Official Account.
Mr. Suchart said that the Ministry of Labour’s Social Security Office had been determined to continuously develop the e-Service system for insured persons to have security in their lives and have a better quality of life, following the government’s policy. It focuses on a service system that is convenient, fast, modern, and easy to access to keep up with the changing trends of news consumption behavior in the digital age of the people and insured persons. But at the same time, it has amended various legal regulations following the current situation, including adding various benefits to meet the needs of insured persons in all dimensions.
